About The Builder: Todd Helf, a native of the Sandy Springs area of the Atlanta Perimeter is the consummate building professional. With over 25 years and hundreds of homes under his belt, Todd works tirelessly to ensure that each project undertaken by Coastlife Housing exceeds expectations. Todd moved to the Brunswick County area of North Carolina in 1980. He attended Coastal Carolina University and majored in Business Administration. Upon graduation Todd worked his way up the ladder of construction sales and contracting, eventually finding himself as one of two preferred builders in the prestigious community of Brunswick Plantation. Today, you will find Todd on job sites daily to ensure that the level of work that he founded his company on are not compromised. Todd has also served leadership roles with the Brunswick County Home Builders Association and other local organizations including those at his alma mater. Todd has been married to his beautiful wife, Connie for the past fourteen years. Connie can also be seen working with Coastlife Housing, serving in the capacity of Design Coordinator for many of the homeowners that the company serves. This is a free service exclusive to Coastlife housing and adds a special dimension to the company. "I build like I would build my own home, and I treat everyone as I would like to be treated," says Todd.
